How naive is this President thinking he can limit the use of nuclear weapons this way....Does he not remember 9/11???? Does he not know the potential threats to this country that might require the use of nuclear weapons to protect Americans. This is a naive, inexperienced President.....an Idealist, an Academic, not a Realist.
