Ben Nelson says President might not have a Constitutional Right to escrow money from BP, but he has a moral right!

Traitor Senator Ben Nelson says the President doesn't have a Constitutional Right to escrow money from BP, but has a moral right.....BUT I thought the President agreed to live and uphold the CONSTITUTION! BP should get a lot of credit for their willingness to do agree to this...from the President's side it was nothing more than strong armed extortion. Don't misunderstand me...I think BP is responsible, but I don't like government AGAIN interfering in Private Business...
