Interesting article by Mort Zuckerman...see even Democrats are being critical of Obama and his policies....what Mort is missing is the need to have EVERYONE get skin in the game at a level they can afford....right now some 52% of Americans pay NO federal income tax...that has to change...all Americans need to contribute something...surely the rich should give more in percent and dollars, but everyone needs to contribute to know the cost of government....I agree that it cannot all be done through spending cuts, but with all the current waste in government (Pelosi's private government jet, etc, etc) we could get at a lot of spending reduction if we only had the guts to address it....just look at the benefits given to government workers and union workers versus the rest of Americans with the same types of jobs...these have to be addressed...these workers need to contribute to their benefit packages just like the rest of us...today there is NO FREE LUNCH.....entitlements need to be addressed starting with the last one passed that we cannot afford, Obamacare.....we cannot afford to give/subsidize medical care for 30,000,000 Americans....some of whom don't want healthcare because they could have afforded before Obamacare and didn't purchase it. It's time to get serious about getting the debt down...getting government spending and size under control and get EVERYONE'S skin in the game.
