Obama's out there at the Lincoln Memorial boasting about the HISTORIC deal HE captained to keep the government open and lower the debt....even though he only got really involved in the last 72 hours before the deadline.....and the reality is that the debt increased more in the previous 8 days than the "historic" budget reduction he captained.....he's either totally out of touch, or stupid, or just lying to the American People!!!! All he cares about is getting reelected and he will say anything, do anything and sell America down the river it that's what it takes to get reelected....He's got to GO in 2012....
The Tea Party is right...we are in a whale of problem and it will take real bold action to get it under control....
Debt Jumped $54.1 Billion in 8 Days Preceding Boehner-Obama Deal to Cut $38.5 Billion for Rest of Year

(CNSNews.com) - The federal debt increased $54.1 billion in the eight days preceding the deal made by President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D.-Nev.) and House Speaker John Boehner (R.-Ohio) to cut $38.5 billion in federal spending for the remainder of fiscal year 2011, which runs through September.
The debt was $14.2101 trillion on March 30, according to the Bureau of the Public Debt, and $14.2642 on April 7.
Since the beginning of the fiscal year on Oct. 1, 2010, the national debt has increased by $653.4 billion.
