I don't see anything wrong with this....The person is evidently not answering the officier's questions about her identity....she was stopped for a justifable reason....and she evidently is an "ILLEGAL"....why wouldn't the police turn her over to ICE!....If it were me and I was not answering the officer's questions I would be taken into custody as well....Remember she is an ILLEGAL...that means it is not LEGAL for her to be in the United States.....Go to Mexico and be an illegal and see what happens!!!!!
