I agree with the Republicans on this...It needs to be passed, but before it is passed they need to find existing funds to pay for it....Whether it's because of PayGo which the democrats passed but have yet to comply with or because the national debt cannot continue to get bigger and bigger....IF Obama had been honest with America this would have/should have been part of his Obamacare Bill, but had he done that he would have never gotten it passed because of the cost....This guy twists the truth like a snake oil salesman at a circus....
